INSTRUCTIONS/TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Working Pressure: 150 PSI MAXIMUM Features: Meets SAE J10 and FVMSS DOT 121 -Robotically welded with continuous welding seams for superior strength -Interior - treated w/ anti-rust oil -Exterior - Electrostatic Powder Coat for long-term rust resistance -Date-Coded for traceability Safety Considerations: 1. Elastomeric Mounting Pads are recommended to prevent excessive vibration which could lead to crack or break in mounting nipple at the spring brake control valve. 2. The use of Teflon tape is NOT recommended and may lead to loose particles being released into the system causing plugs, leaks, and system failure. Liquid sealant such as "Loctite" is recommended. 3. Replace tank if it shows signs of wear, stress, fatigue to prevent potential failure of the tank walls. 4. Drain tank of any fluids that may collect from condensation. An inline air dryer is a good option to minimize fluid buildup.
