1. Warranty Coverage:
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Airbagit.com warrants that its air suspension system components, including metal brackets, control arms (excluding bushings), I-beams (excluding bushings), and keyways, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser's ownership of the vehicle on which the system was originally installed.
Specific Component Warranties:
• Metal Brackets, Control Arms (Excluding Bushings), I-Beams (Excluding Bushings), Keyways: Covered for defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser's ownership of the vehicle.
• Air Struts, Spindles, Coil Springs: Covered for defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of original purchase.
• Air Management, Bushings: Covered for defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase.
• Everything Else: Covered according to the manufacturer’s warranty, as applicable.
Installation:
This warranty does not cover installation costs or any damage resulting from improper installation.
Transferability:
This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle.
2. Exclusions:
• Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as fading of paint, scratches, or minor cosmetic damage.
• Misuse or Abuse: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
• Accidents: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, collisions, or other unforeseen events.
• Modifications: This warranty is void if the air suspension system or any component has been modified or altered in any way without prior written authorization from Airbagit.com.
• Environmental Factors: This warranty does not cover damage caused by environmental factors, such as corrosion or exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Road Conditions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by poor road conditions, such as potholes, debris, or other environmental hazards.
• Overloading: This warranty does not cover damage caused by overloading the vehicle beyond its manufacturer’s specifications.
• Unauthorized Repairs: This warranty is void if the air suspension system has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than an authorized Airbagit.com technician.
• Coating Defects: This warranty does not cover defects in coatings, finishes, or paint.
3. Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Airbagit.com customer service and provide the following:
• Proof of purchase (original receipt).
• Description of the issue or defect.
Airbagit.com may request that the affected air suspension system or component be returned for inspection and evaluation.
The exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be the repair or replacement of the defective component, at Airbagit.com's discretion.
Airbagit.com reserves the right to require that all applicable covered components are available and/or returned for review and evaluation.
