Forward Leaf Spring Hanger. The 2 hole design will allow for 2" (lower hole) or 3" (upper hole) lowering of the rear suspension.
These are side dependent and the small relief goes toward the front of the truck.
Weld or bolt-on installation. Uses 9/16" Hardware.
